Linux-1U.net 1U Chassis One Year Warranty

- All parts are subject to their respective manufacturers warranties
- Linux-1U.net warrants its 1U chassis to be free from manufacturers defects
in material and workmanship for one year (12 months) starting from the
date of original purchase from Linux-1U.net or its authorized resellers.
- Your proof of purchase from an authorized reseller activates your
one year warranty from date of purchase. No registration/warranty card
is needed to activate your warranty.
- If the 1U chassis is found to be defective within the warranty period
by Linux-1U.net or other knowledgeable 3rd party, than Linux-1U.net will
repair or replace the defective chassis at our option and costs.
- Customer must receive an Return Merchandise Authorization Number ( RMAN )
PRIOR to returning the defective product.
- Customer to be billed for shipping, handling and insurance of the
1U chassis to and from our repair facility.
- Warranty applies to "normal use" under "normal conditions".
- Warranty applies to 1U chassis bought from authorized Linux-1U.net resellers.
- Linux-1U.net will be held harmless for any direct or indirect,
incidental or consequential damage, loss of use, loss of data,
or other causes from use and or non-use of the 1U chassis.
- Linux-1U.net liability shall NOT exceed the costs of the 1U chassis
purchased directly from Linux-1U.net or from our authorized distributers.
- This warranty does not apply to any failure or defect caused by misuse,
accidental damage, abnormal or unusually heavy use, neglect, abuse, alteration,
improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, improper testing, or
causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or
humidity, power failure, power surges, or acts of God.
- This chassis warranty does NOT cover components placed into the 1U chassis.
- This chassis warranty does NOT cover scratches and unprotected steel/metal
that may result in rusts over time. Scratches should be repaired(painted/covered)
as soon as accidental scratches occurs.
- Except as provided in our Terms and Conditions of Sale for our 1U chassis,
Linux-1U.net ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY, RELATING TO SALE AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDING
LIBILITY OR WARRANTIES RELATING TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
MERCHANTABILITY OR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT COPYRIGHT OR OTHER
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
