- Cash are accepted "in-person" only

- Cash-on-Delivery ( COD ) -- preferred method
- We do accept company checks for payment on COD
- We do NOT accept cash as payment for CODs

- We currently do NOT accept credit cards purchases
but will be in the next few months
- Our Partners should be able to accommodate your credit card purchases.

- Wire Transfers
- Wire transfer fees to be paid by customer.
- Pre-payment required for all international orders, in addition to wire transfer fees.

- Corporate Purchase Orders
- Purchase orders are accepted upon approval of your credit application

- Checks
- Checks may be used, but your products will be held till,
your check clears your bank.
( usually a 3-5 days after posting )

- Resellers Permit
- A copy of your resellers permit must be presented prior to shipment of products
otherwise, we deem the sale to be a taxable transaction

- Written quotes are valid for 7 days from date of initial quote request/reply and
are NON-negotiable and NON-renewable after expiration
- Quotes for fees WILL change when the "Linux installation fees" are changed/removed from the original quote

- We prefer to ship via FedExpress - 2nd day delivery unless otherwise dictated
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges to/from our facility
- Customers are responsible any additional duties, taxes imposed upon receipt of your order
- FedEx, Airborn, UPS, DHL, etc are all price competitive
- $75.oo for our costs to ship to you in addition to FedEx fees includes
- $20 in Foam, cardboard, bubble wrap
- Handling, Boxing, Packaging
- Invoicing Fees
- We can charge the "fedex" portion of your shipping costs on your FedEx account if needed
- $50.oo for Will Call
- you to come and pick up ( No FedEx fee )

| Chassis and Parts-Only Terms and Conditions

- Chassis ONLY Customers
- $25 for handling/invoicing/purchasing/etc
- $25 for the "hidden" handling/packaging costs buried in the other fees below
- Does NOT apply for will-call pickup if there is NO cardboard boxes, foam, taping is invovled
- Parts ONLY Customers
- $100 - Minimum == for Parts Only ( unassembled system ) when we are acting as your parts/purchasing dept
- Ordering of various parts - chassis and/or systems
- Handling/PackgingMaterials/Taping/Invoicing
- Office admin, marketing/sales costs
- ie...We'd prefer if you would buy a completed Linux system

| Custom Chassis Customers
|
- Customized 1U Chassis and Brackets
- $500 -- Customized brackets for PCI cards required by the customer
- $2,000 -- Customized 1U chassis NRE charges per your motherboard/pci changes
- Additional Third party/vendor charges
- Additional costs for prototype charges
- Additional costs for production chassis
- Additional costs for drawing changes
- All changes to the chassis to remain the intellectual property of Linux-1U.net

| Price Guarantee

- Linux-1U.net will match any competitor price and terms on IDENTICAL products that we carry
- Pricing, terms and availibility subject to negotiation PRIOR to receipt of order to secure firm commitments

| Return of Merchandise

- An RMA number from us is REQUIRED prior to approval of your refund
- There will be a 15 &37; restocking fee on returned items
- All shipping and handling charges to and from customer is billed to customer

- Everything is subject to change without notice -- especially prices and availability
- We reserve the right to replace unavailable parts with equivalent parts with your approval
